Patrick Brean
Director
Mr. Brean specializes in the areas of international projects, financial services, and corporate strategy. Mr. Brean brings extensive public- and private-sector expertise in treasury/capital markets, financial derivatives and risk management products, offshore project development, private equity, project and structured finance, and investment funds. He has concluded projects with many public-sector clients in Canada and abroad, including Industry Canada, International Trade Canada, the former Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade, Export Development Canada, Canadian Commercial Corporation, Multilateral Investment Guarantee Agency, and Finnvera. Private-sector projects have been concluded in communications/IT, financial services, infrastructure, energy, industrial equipment, and biotechnology throughout the Americas, Europe, and Africa. Prior to consulting, Mr. Brean worked for Export Development Canada in various senior officer and management capacities in the areas of export/project finance, and treasury/capital markets. |
